  • The company has a solid infrastructure to attend to its students:
    • Teaching personnel: Our Operations Manager is in charge of recruitment, resourcing and supporting teachers. Of our 30 instructors, around 80% are native English speakers. All have either formal university training &/or TESL & CELTA certificates. The training is handled by an instructor with ample experience of teaching English as a second language (ESL).
  • Customer Service & Operations:
    • These areas deal with the necessities of our clients. We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible to further serve our clients. We offer a plentiful & diverse set of options for course material and group structure. We send a monthly attendance report with grades to our clients. In order to generate this report & control our classes we have implemented a new robust web-based system (Resolve), exclusively designed so that our clients can access information and reports promptly from their offices. Resolve provides the guarantee that all our courses at AHPLA undergo a strict QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS. The area of OPERATIONS has the responsibility of directly monitoring the students' satisfaction by means of visits, emails & telephone calls. This area also is dedicated to helping our instructors receive all the necessary & extra curricular materials necessary.
  • Our exams to determine the English level of our candidates can be administered through an interview with no charge to our clients. Our instructors go to the candidates address, administer a multiple choice exam & carry on a conversation with the candidate. This exam is only administered by instructors with experience teaching English as a second language. In a case in which there is no time for the interview, we have an on line exam; in this situation, the determination of the oral level would be through a telephone interview.
